SHIPPING PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within2 to 3 business daysOrders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.

If you are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed for a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping costs for your orders are calculated as follows:

Shopping in Bogotá: Same Day, Next Day

Shipping cost:$ 15.000

Purchases in the rest of Colombia: three business days

Domestic shipping cost:$ 30.000

Purchases from North, Central or South America Regions: 1 week

Shipping Method: Fedex International Standard USD $75

Purchases from Europe: 1 week and a half

Shipping Method: Fedex International Standard USD $120

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

marianashuk.com is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
