Right of Withdrawal

Law 1480 of 2011, art. 4

The right of withdrawal is regulated by Article 47 of the Consumer Statute and refers to the consumer's right to revoke the purchase of a product made through non-conventional or remote systems. The consumer may exercise this right within five (5) business days after delivery of the goods. After this period, refunds or exchanges will be issued as long as the product is in perfect condition. This may be done up to thirty (30) days after delivery of the purchase, depending on the payment method.

If you exercise this right, it is essential to verify that the purchased items have not been used, are in optimal condition, retain their original packaging, and include the purchase invoice before requesting a refund. The consumer is responsible for returning the product using the same delivery method, assuming the shipping costs, as established in Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011. If the above requirements are met, Mariana Shuk will refund the total amount paid for the jewelry, without any discounts or retentions, within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days. The refund will be made through one of the following methods:

Electronic Transfer: Within ten (10) business days following receipt of the product. Cash, if the product was paid in cash.

Bank Account Deposit: A bank deposit will be made in the client's name.

If the product does not meet the conditions for return, you will be notified by email detailing the reason, and the product will be returned to the original shipping address with a cash on delivery charge, which you will be responsible for.
