Alloys, Maintenance and Warranty

At SHUK, we create our own alloys to ensure the correct metal purity. We work exclusively with sterling silver (925) to guarantee minimal oxidation and maximum durability. Every piece is hand-finished in our Bogotá workshop, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and quality — hallmarks of the SHUK standard.

Our gold plating consists of thin 18k yellow or rose gold layers, which may naturally wear off over time.

In some cases, depending on how the jewelry has been used, we provide maintenance services upon request, charging only for the necessary processes. If a component becomes detached or a stone falls out, we repair and replace it as part of our six-month warranty after purchase.

We also offer exchanges within six months of purchase, provided the jewelry remains in perfect condition.
